Melanie Hill is a business professional with over twenty years’ experience in business management. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from Morehead State University and a Master of Business Administration degree, also from MSU. Melanie has served in many roles in companies across central and eastern Kentucky and finds all aspects of business exciting and fulfilling. She believes that every business, big or small, deserves the same level of attention and dedication from her as a professional.

At Bluegrass Accounting, Melanie’s focus is on the payroll and accounting needs of clients.Her many experiences in the business world give her the ability to step in where needed, and keep our accounting client’s needs met, especially during the bustle of tax season.

Melanie currently resides in her hometown of Flemingsburg, Kentucky. She has two children whom she is extremely proud of; Allie who is a student at NKU and Benjamin who is on the JV golf team. She admits she is a dog fanatic, and her heart belongs to her furbabies: Cesar, Pippa, and Finn. Melanie also owns a catering business and says one of her biggest joys in life is bringing people together with her food.
